Reviews, Recipes, and Random Slices of Life

This week Himself is off being groomed by his corporate masters. So far I've learned that I sleep quite soundly without an insomniac tossing and turning in bed beside me (but I miss him when I wake up). And that if I lived on my own, I would be fat, malnourished, and lazy. So far, my "husband's not here!" indulgences involve food and wine. Tomorrow, I'm heading to the Mall of America in the evening, and I plan on volunteering at Obama's campaign headquarters on Thursday. Woo. Living the wild life, me! Somewhere in there I get to go grocery shopping all by myself (and buy Halloween candy).

I would be a) getting more done, and b) having more fun, if I didn't have to work full-time this week.
